Web shop payment options are PayPal and Paytrail.
Mikämaa is not currently VAT (value added tax) liable, so prices doesn't include VAT.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

PayPal payment can be used by singing in to existing PayPal account or without singing in by providing credit- or debit card information on checkout.
Shipping policy
After completing the online store order and making the payment, the products will be sent within 1-3 business days (excluding backorder and made-to-order products). All flute orders include shipping costs to Finland. Shipping costs abroad are determined based on the delivery address and costs are calculated during checkout. Products are packed carefully and sent via Finnish Post/Matkahuolto.
Returns and damaged shipments
Always contact us when you are about to return a product and tell the reason for return, so we can manage it together as smooth as possible. Keep on mind that when returning a flute, it needs cleaning, inspection and possibly re-polishing before it can be resold, so we can't guarantee to refund full price of returned flutes. Amount of refund is individually discussed in every case. Returned items must be unused and packed into original packages including everything that was inside the shipment. The customer is responsible to pay shipping charges and other expenses incurred from return.
Check all products immediately when you pick up the package! If the package or product is damaged during delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to document all damages as soon as they pick up the package and send the photos by email with the order's information. Damaged shipments will be fully compensated if the above-mentioned documentation and communication have been completed immediately after the shipment is picked up. Otherwise, we may not be able to compensate for the damaged product.

"Made to order" products
Some of the products in the online store are made to order, which means that the product is not ready in stock at the time of the order. We make the product you bought to order and send it when the product is ready. "Made to order" products are paid for in full in our online store before production starts. The production may take 3 to 8 weeks depending on the number of orders from other customers and the time needed for the order. We will inform you about these products with a "Made to order" notice separately on the page of each product.
In stock products
If the product has at least one (1) piece in stock, it means that the product is immediately ready to be shipped. When ordering from "in stock" flutes, you can receive your new instrument at home in a few days!
